What is Flow Club?
Flow Club is a virtual body doubling community for ambitious, friendly, and neurodivergent individuals.
What that means is we gather in small groups online to commit to doing hard things for a set amount of time, keeping each other accountable and motivated along the way.
We do this because we are smart about how we harness our energy. Just like how you try harder when you’re part of a group workout, drafting off other people’s dedication and shared sense of purpose, Flow Club creates the same feeling for the hard things you have to do everyday – anything from prepping meals to prepping for the bar exam.
What are Guided Clubs?
Guided Clubs are the new coach and peer-led accountability groups within Flow Club. In these Guided Clubs, you can find likeminded people who share your specific challenge or struggle, and who are committed to making progress together with you for a few weeks. A coach or expert peer will facilitate the group, sharing methods and techniques that they've found helpful along the way.
Teaming up with people who are on a similar journey multiplies the power of Flow Club's body doubling support and accountability.
How did we get here?
When we started Flow Club, we thought about it as a new kind of “space.” A space we can’t find IRL that combines the energy and possibilities of a big city with the feeling of unrelenting support that we might expect from our hometown, family, and people who "get" us. A kind of space that gives us the courage to be the best version of ourselves.
Over time, it became clear to us that Flow Club is not just one space, but many hundreds and thousands of spaces, each representing a different way one can feel inspired and supported in their journey. We started working with our hosts to craft more specific spaces tailored for specific challenges, and asking them to bring their expertise to the table. We're excited to share the Guided Clubs with you today.
