How can people get the most out of Flow Club?

Have a clear sense of what you want to accomplish. Write it down before the session if you can. I also try to help people visualize problems so that as they arise they can quickly overcome them. I've been asking people in my sessions "what's one thing that's going to unblock you to get started?"That seems to help people be more intentional about getting started quickly so that they can find flow state.

What kind of music do you play in your Flow Club sessions?

Lots of different things. I like stuff that's a little bit fast without words, especially African drum circle music. People tend to like it because it's energizing.
