Kera Demars

Kera is the head of marketing for Hustle Fund, a pre-seed and seed-stage venture capital firm that believes that great founders can come from anywhere and look like anyone. She wears a lot of hats at Hustle Fund, which means she is constantly juggling multiple projects at once. Flow Club helps her to set specific, time-sensitive goals, and to stay focused so that she can actually complete them. She often works with French hip hop on in the background. The music is upbeat and energizing, but since she doesn't know the language she isn't distracted by the lyrics. When she isn't working, Kera loves jog, do yoga, and work in the garden.
